WALT - round numbers to the nearest whole number.

2,469.491 is between 2,469 & 2,470. Since I will be rounding it to the nearest whole number I take a look at the first whole number in the ones place then look to the right which is the tenths place and since 4 is lower than 5 I will be rounding down. Which brings you 2,469

41,806.608 is between 41,806 & 41,807. Since i am rounding it to the nearest whole number i take a look at the first whole number in the ones place then look to the right which is the tenths place and since 6 is higher than 5 I will be rounding up to the nearest whole number. Which brings you 41,807.

219,411.099 is between 219,411 & 219,412.Since i am rounding it to the nearest whole number I take a look at the first whole number in the ones place then look to the right which is the tenths place and since 0 is lower than 5 I would be rounding down to the nearest whole number. 41,806.608 is between 41,800 & 41,810. Since i am rounding it to the nearest ten i first take a look at the ten place and to decide if to round up or down and since 6 is higher than 5 I will be rounding up to 41,810

219,411.099 is between 219,410 & 219,420.Since I am rounding it to the nearest tens I first take a look at the tens place then look to the right which is the ones place and since 0 is lower than 5 I will be rounding down to the nearest tens. Which is 219,410

658,414.584 is between 658,410 & 658,420. Since I am rounding it to the nearest tens I first take a look at the tens place then look to the right which is the ones place and then change the 4 into 0. Now since 4 is lower than 5 I will round it to 658,410

3,605,435.85 is between 3,605,430 & 3,605,440. Since I am rounding it to the nearest tens I take a look at the ten place then look to the right which is the ones place and then change 5 into 0. Now since 5 is to 5 you still have to round down to 3,605,430.

Today I've had learnt how to do Rounding Numbers. These equations were hard to explain but at the end I had a go at trying to explain these equations to the nearst tens. These equations are easy and hard to get through. When solving Rounding up or down numbers you have look in the tens place and replace the less number zero. So at the end you will find or get your answer.

Prototec

Today during this morning block I had done Prototec. This prototec was very easy for me to do because I understand the equations on prototec. I timed myself on stage 5. I got 98 percent and that is a great result. Nexts I have to move to stage 6 and I have to get past 85 percent to move on to stage 7. Maths/ Arithmetic

Today during class time I had finish my, Maths about Arithmetic. This was easy and hard at the same time because I didn't and I did know some of the equations. Today the most I got was 5 because I didn't know how to solve some of questions that was given. Nexts time I need to improve to get more than 5. Here is a site that you can go on > Arithmetic.

Today during class I have finish my maths of flashcards. This game was easy for me to do because I knew and know how to solve the equations. Nexts time I will get a better soccer to improve more than the soccer I got. Here is a site that you can go on > Flashcards.

Name Art

Today during class time I had finish my art. This art is called Name Art. This art was easy for me to do because I only used a vewi things I had to use for my Name Art. Step 1. Use a ruler to strigten up the letters. Step 2. Use a pencil to draw out the lines. Last and Final Step 3. Use colours to make your Name stand out. These are the only simple things I only use for my Name.

Reading Test 2 Vocabulary/Comprehension

Today after morning tea during class time Me and my partner had to do a reading test. This Reading test was easy for me because I was reading the story then I had to answer the questions every time I get to a questions.

Intergers

Today I learnt Integers. It was so easy to do because I knew how to do the strategies. How I solve these equations was knowing the negative number and the positive number to solve the equations. Also less than zero are before and after. Nexts time the equations will be much more hard but I think I can get through it step by step.
